- Orders are customized and prepared only after confirmation, so processing timelines may vary slightly depending on the product.
Delivery Timeline :
- Major cities: 3–6 working days after dispatch
- Other locations across India: 5–8 working days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote area limitations.
Courier Partners :
We ship orders through reliable and reputed courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other trusted logistics providers.
In locations where private courier services are not available, shipments may be sent via India Post, subject to service availability.
Orders are dispatched on all working days except Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Charges :
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
- Shipping charges remain the same regardless of the number of items in your cart.
- All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST, in compliance with Government of India regulations.
Delivery Address :
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of checkout.
For remote or non-serviceable locations, the courier company may request the customer to collect the parcel from the nearest delivery hub.
Important: Unboxing Video Policy
Customers must record a clear unboxing video starting from:
- The sealed courier package
- Opening of the parcel
- Complete product reveal
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no complaint or replacement request will be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products :
If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or tampered with during transit:
- Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID and unboxing video with our support team

After verification, we will arrange a replacement. The original product, tags, and packaging must remain intact for reverse pickup.
