Cancellation Policy :

i. If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure that the cancellation request is raised within 1 hour of placing the order.

ii. To cancel your order, please email us with your Order ID clearly mentioned in the subject line.

iii. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

iv. Please note that personalized and customized products are made to order and cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed, as they are produced specifically based on customer requirements.

Replacement Policy :

i. Replacement is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

ii. To raise a replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

• The product condition
• The sealed courier package
• Opening of the package

iii. Without an unboxing video, no replacement request will be accepted.

iv. Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

v. Replacement will be shipped after verification. Shipping charges may be applicable.

Return Policy :

Returns are not applicable on any order, as all products are customized and made specifically as per customer requirements.

Refund Policy :

Refunds are not available on customized or personalized products.

In case of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Printing errors from our side

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. After verification, a replacement or correction will be provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect details provided by the customer
• Personal preference issues
