1. General :

• Kingcustomize.in is a brand owned and operated by King Enterprise, engaged in the business of customized, personalized, corporate, and promotional products.
• By placing an order on our website, the customer authorizes King Enterprises to process the order and arrange delivery.
• King Enterprise acts as a service provider and manufacturer of customized products, and not as a reseller of branded goods unless explicitly mentioned.

2. Product Customization :

• All products sold on Kingcustomize.in are custom-made or personalized based on customer inputs such as logo, text, color, design, or specifications.
• Once customization or production has started, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

3. Pricing & Taxes :

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
• GST rates (such as 5%, 12%, or 18%) are applied as per Government of India regulations based on the product category.
• King Enterprise is fully GST compliant.

4. Order Processing & Delivery :

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
• Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors.
• Delivery delays may occur due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Courier company delays or policies
  • Recipient unavailability or refusal
• King Enterprise shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

5. Cancellation Policy :

• Order cancellation requests must be raised within 1 hour of placing the order via email with the Order ID clearly mentioned.
• Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Customized and personalized products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

6. No Return Policy :

• Since all products are customized and made specifically as per customer requirements, returns and exchanges are not applicable.

7. Replacement Policy (Damaged / Wrong Product) :

• Replacement is applicable only in case of damaged or incorrect products received.
• A complete, continuous unboxing video is mandatory from:
  • Sealed courier package
  • Opening of the parcel
  • Clear view of the product and issue
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
• Original product tags and packaging must remain intact.
• Replacement will be processed only after verification.
• Shipping charges may apply, depending on the case.

8. Refund Policy :

• Refunds are not applicable on customized or personalized orders.
• Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer
  • Personal preference issues
• In case of manufacturing or printing defects from our side, we may offer replacement or correction, subject to verification.

9. Brand Disclaimer :

• Kingcustomize.in has no association or affiliation with any national or international brands.
• Product names such as “Polo T-Shirt” refer only to the style or type of garment, not any branded product.
• All materials, fabrics, tags, and packaging are sourced independently.

10. Intellectual Property :

• All trademarks, logos, and brand names uploaded by customers remain the property of their respective owners.
• Kingcustomize.in does not claim ownership over customer-provided designs or trademarks.

11. Limitation of Liability :

• King Enterprise shall not be liable for:
  • Differences in customer expectations
  • Damage or misuse after delivery
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
• Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

12. Jurisdiction :

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat, India only.
